Using HomeVault
HomeVault is a record-keeping tool for your home — warranties, manuals, maintenance history, and related documents. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you file and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Your account
One account per household is enough — HomeVault doesn't charge per room or per record. You must be at least 18 to create an account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Your content
You own everything you upload. We only use it to provide the service back to you — organizing it, reminding you about it, and letting you export it whenever you want.
Limitation of liability
HomeVault is a record of what you tell it — it is not a substitute for insurance documentation, legal advice, or manufacturer warranty terms. We work to keep your archive available and accurate, but we're not liable for decisions made based on records stored here.
Changes
If these terms change meaningfully, we'll notify you by email before the change takes effect.
